For Dr. Grasdal, the variety of people she meets and the ability to positively impact their lives are what she values most about her profession. Since entering the field in 1996 and especially since founding Glacier Lake Dental in 2002, she has found joy in dentistry's unique blend of science and interpersonal connections.
Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Grasdal spends time with family, attending her children's sporting events and academic activities. Dr. Nicole Green, DDS
Dr. Nicole Green brings over two decades of dental expertise to Glacier Lake Dental, where she has been a cornerstone of the team since 2007. Her journey in dentistry started in 1996 after completing her undergraduate studies in biology at Graceland University and earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Minnesota Dental School.
Dr. Green is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients, focusing on comprehensive care that enhances oral health and contributes to overall wellness. She values the collaborative environment of Glacier Lake Dental, where working closely with her team to deliver top-tier dental care is a daily commitment.
The inspiration to enter the dental field came from within her family—guided by her father-in-law, a dentist, who praised the profession for its balance of professional fulfillment and family life. This influence shaped her approach to dentistry as a means to positively impact the lives of others while maintaining a quality lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Green maintains an active and balanced life. She enjoys staying fit with Pilates, cherishing moments at her children's sporting events, discovering new places through travel, and playing pickleball. A fun fact about Dr. Green is that she once managed to break both her ankles at the same time!

Her touch extends beyond the technical, ensuring every x-ray and routine cleaning is delivered with fun for patients and staff alike.
What truly energizes Shari's day is her personal connection with each patient and their families and the camaraderie she shares with her team members. With a strong bond and mutual support, every workday is enjoyable and fulfilling.

Having once disliked dental visits, Abby is uniquely empathetic, especially to those who may feel anxious about their appointments. Her dedication is centered around transforming dental appointments from stressful experiences to visits patients can look forward to.
When she's not lending her skills and positive energy to the office, Abby enjoys trying different restaurants in the Twin Cities, going to concerts, and playing darts, but her passion is cooking. She is often the first friendly face patients see, and her passion for excellence is evident in the smooth operation of our front office. For Jackie, the most rewarding parts of her job are getting to know each patient personally and working with the team to provide a seamless experience. Her approach is simple: she loves people. This translated into a career in dentistry after she experienced the compassionate care at Glacier Lake Dental as a patient. Inspired by the team's dedication, she decided to become a part of it.
When she isn't overseeing the front office or sharing a laugh with patients and colleagues, Jackie enjoys traveling overseas, cooking, photography, and movies. A fun fact that few might guess about Jackie is that she graduated from high school in Brussels, Belgium.
